We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Before you return an item, please contact us first.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Cost (Non-Quality Issues)
If you are returning an item for a non-quality reason (for example, you changed your mind, it does not fit, or you simply do not like it), return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.Every item is carefully inspected and double-checked before shipping. We check all details including zippers, stitching, handles, lining, and more to guarantee quality and flawlessness.
Better Option: Exchange or Store Credit
If you choose an exchange (same or different style) or store credit, we will cover your return shipping cost or give you an extra 10 percent off coupon for your next purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Or simply choose the exchange option when you contact us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
